Command and Office Trailers 

Crewzers Command and Office  Trailers can be leased as an empty trailer or supplied with everything needed to begin working immediately.  Our mobile command trailers ranges in size from 32’ to 53’. Purpose-built commercial command/administrative trailer (not RV conversion) providing a climate-controlled workspace using high-efficiency mini-split HVAC for quiet operation suitable for radio communications.

Trailers provide climate-controlled workspace using commercial HVAC systems designed for quiet operation suitable for radio communications. Depending on configuration, trailers may utilize high-efficiency mini-split systems or ducted commercial HVAC units such as Bard systems to provide heating and cooling in demanding field environments.

Slide-out rooms expand usable interior workspace and allow flexible layouts depending on trailer size and configuration.

Interior configurations typically include multiple furnished workstations with 120V and USB outlets, central coordination areas, and dedicated office workspace. Interiors may include whiteboard/map walls, LED lighting, multiple entrances, windows, and exterior awnings depending on configuration.

Trailers are pre-wired with electrical and structured network cabling, including interior and exterior data ports and enterprise-grade PoE network switching. This allows trailers to be networked together or to extend incident networks to adjacent tents, command areas, or other operational spaces (network configuration and user devices managed by incident personnel).

Starlink satellite internet systems  installed and can beactivated to provide connectivity at the trailer location, depending on site visibility and environmental conditions.

Typical command trailer configurations may also include:

  • Large display monitors or televisions for remote briefings and operational meetings
  • Multi-function printer/copier/scanner
  • Layer 3 PoE network switch to support trailer-to-trailer connections or extension of incident network to adjacent tents or work areas (network configuration and user devices by incident personnel).,
  • Kitchenette with compact refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker
  • Lithium battery and solar systems for initial startup capability
  • Fire extinguisher and smoke/CO detection systems
  • Whiteboard walls
  • Built in map holders 
  • Individual Workstations with 120v outlets and usb ports for cell phone charging
