CrewZers Field Staff Positions
CrewZers is looking for team players who are interested in working with equipment in a mobile environment (Tents/Base Camp Support, Mobile Showers, Mobile Hand Wash Units, Mobile Laundry). We are currently accepting applications from residents of Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Washington, Utah and New Mexico. You must have immediate access to a major airport, as travel to an incident may occur at any time, and your ability to respond within short notice is paramount to the job.
Minimum Requirements for a Field Staff Position (Drug Free Workplace, Smoke Free Environment):
- Must have a valid Drivers’ License without major driving citations in the last 4 years.
- Must be able to work evenings, nights and/or weekends and/or a modified work week.
- Must be available to work “On-Call” including Nights and Weekends for indefinite periods.
- Must possess at least a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate effectively (both speaking & writing) in English Language.
- Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Random Drug Tests.
- CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) preferred, but not required. (Must be 25 years old in order to drive any company vehicles)
- Trailer/Towing experience preferred, but not required

What happens after I submit my application for employment?
We will contact you to arrange for a Pre-Employment Drug Test. After your drug test results are in, you will be scheduled for a Company Policy & Orientation Training.
What training is involved?
Each Potential Employee will complete our Company Policy & Orientation Training. You will also be trained on how to properly fill out Company Forms & Maintenance Logs. CDL Drivers will be trained on how to properly fill out USDOT Logbooks, use our ELD System and proper Pre/Post Trip Inspections.
What is the time commitment?
Most of your field work will occur on an “as-needed” Basis. The length of assignments will vary. You must be ready to respond to a Dispatch within 30 minutes, and you must be willing to give at least a 3 week commitment. The length of an assignment will be contingent upon the nature of the incident (fires, events, etc). Company Policy requires that you obtain a cell phone in order to be available “as-needed” and to communicate with us while in the field.
How often do I get paid?
We have a bi-weekly (twice per month) payroll schedule. You may elect to have your paycheck automatically deposited or to have your check mailed to your home address.
Do I have to pay for my own travel arrangements?
We will arrange all of your travel & lodging. Per Diem will be paid (via paycheck) to compensate for incurred meal expenses.
What else is helpful to know?

Mechanic Positions
CrewZers is accepting Applications from residents self motivated applicants who live in or around Mesa, Arizona.
Minimum Requirements for a Mechanic Position (Drug Free Workplace, Smoke Free Environment):
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have at least Class B CDL.
- Must have Clean Driving Record
- Must be able to work evening, nights & weekends and/or a modified workweek
- Must be able to provide & use personal hand tools appropriate for working on heavy equipment.
- Must have minimum 5 years verifiable work experience in medium/heavy duty truck repair.
- Must have certificate/diploma in medium/heavy duty vehicle repair from accredited trade school or college.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs
- Must be able to communicate effectively (speaking & writing), fluent in English and be able to read & understand driver inspection reports
- Must be willing to obtain training, and/or ASE Certifications.
- Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Random Drug Tests.

Commercial Driver Positions (Class A and Class B CDL)
We are currently accepting applications for CDL Drivers from the following states Arizona, Idaho, Oregon, New Mexico, Montana & Washington.
Minimum Requirements for Commercial Driver Positions (Drug Free Workplace, Smoke Free Environment):
- If applying for Water Truck Driver Position, must have a valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement.
- If applying for Straight Truck Driver Position, must have valid Class B CDL with or Class A CDL if driving a combination vehicle.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of Commercial Driving Experience.
- Must have a valid Medical Card & Medical Long Form
- Must have a Clean Driving Record
- Must be able to work evenings, nights and/or weekends and/or a modified work week.
- Must be available to work “as-needed” including Nights and Weekends for indefinite periods of time.
- Must be able to communicate effectively (both speaking & writing) in English Language.

Frequently Asked Questions regarding Commercial Driver Positions:
If I am interested in a Commercial Driver Position, should I download the Commercial Driver Application or should I download the Field Staff Application for Applicants with Commercial Driver License?
If you are ONLY interested in a Commercial Driver Position (ie: Class A or B CDL Driver) then you should download the Commercial Driver Application. But If you are interested in dual positions of Field Staff Support AND Commercial Driver (Classs A or B CDL), then you should download the Field Staff Application for Applicants with Commercial Driver License.
Can I apply for more than one Driver Position such as, CDL Straight Truck, Tractor Trailer & Non-CDL Vehicle?
Yes, your ability to drive each vehicle or combination of vehicles is dependent upon the type of CDL and Endorsements that you have obtained and are proficient in. Applicants already having a Class A or B CDL can also apply for the field staff position.
